Bain Marie (incl. 2 hours fuel): €7.20 /each
Soup Kettle: €6.50 /each
Cutlery / Crockery: €0.65 /piece (fork, knive, plate, etc.), Glasses: €0.85 / piece (soda, wine)
Table (6×2.5 ft): €15 /day, Table cloth (fabric, white): €10.50 /each
Individual wrapping/labelling for sandwiches or individual packaging of hot foot: +€1 per person
Collection fee for bain-maries / coffee flasks etc. applies, amount of fee depends on location. Prices may be subject to VAT.

Please leave your company name, your name, email address, delivery date/time and address. If you have not received a confirmation of your order (spam folder?), please call or email us. Some prices may be subject to VAT, please enquire when ordering.

Cut-off Times

Breakfast / Lunch platter orders by 5pm for the following day. We will try to accommodate orders we receive by 9:30am of the same day. However, depending on the number of orders on that day, we might not be able to provide the service.
Hot lunch, salads & soup orders by 12pm for the following day. 48 hours notice required for larger groups of 15+ persons.

Payments for our services are processed by the international payment processor STRIPE that also securely store your card payment details and ensures a secure payment process.

Geo-location information, address, name, email and phone number are collected by our online shop partner PREODAY in order to provide an accurate delivery service and ensure swift communication in case of unexpected issues in relation to time and location of delivery. This information also enables us to inform you about our weekly changing menu and any special offers via push notification. You can opt out of the push notification at any time.

We invite you to subscribe to our weekly newsletter to get the weekly changing menu and special offers. This is administered by Mail Chimp and you are able to unsubscribe at any time.

We retain data for a period of maximum 2 years if you have not used our service for that period. Fresh & Yummy protect your data by encrypting relevant hardware and by securely locking files against loss, theft or unauthorized access.

We might use social media data analytics or website analytics for tailored advertising or promotional campaigns. We may also obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They can't harm your computer and we don't store personally identifiable information, but we do use encrypted information gathered from them to help improve your experience of the website and to deliver a better and more personalised service.
